Standard delivery for West Malaysia around 3 – 5 working days, East Malaysia around 3 – 10 working days.
If the item is damaged or has defects within 5 days after receiving the item, please return it to us and it will be checked within 3 – 5 working days. The item must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all included parts.

If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] specifying the details of your registered email address account, your order number and your request to replace the shipping address.
For delivery enquiries, you will get an order update via email on your order tracking number.
All of our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. For warranty service, you will need to provide proof of the date of original purchase.
